What this website is
Santa Rosa Water Damage Restoration operates this website and connects local customers and businesses with independent local water damage restoration contractors. We are not a contractor. We do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any work, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a contractor.
No checking of contractors
We do not check any contractor’s license, insurance, bonding, certifications, or credentials. Confirming those, getting a written estimate, and deciding whether to hire anyone is your responsibility. California requires a CSLB contractor’s license for jobs of $1,000 or more in labor and materials, or any job needing a permit. You can look up a license at cslb.ca.gov.
Information on this site

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Santa Rosa Water Damage Restoration is not liable for any work performed, any damage, delay, or loss related to a contractor’s services, or any decision you make based on information on this site. Your use of the site is at your own risk.
Use of the site
You agree not to submit false requests, misuse the forms or phone line, or interfere with the site’s operation.
